Sri Lotus Co-Living PG is a purpose-built co-living house in Gowlidoddi, Hyderabad, for students and working professionals who would rather spend their evenings on their own life than on running a household.
Rooms come furnished in one, two, three and four sharing, in both AC and Non-AC. Food is served downstairs, water runs around the clock, and there is room in the compound to park. What you get is uncomplicated, well kept, and exactly what it looks like in the photographs on this page.

Drinking water comes from a purifier with cold and normal taps, and there is a refrigerator for anything you keep to yourself. Water supply to the building runs 24×7.
Menus rotate and dietary requests are handled case by case — ask us what this week looks like before you decide.

What is included?
A furnished room with bed, bedding and wardrobe, North and South Indian meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, 24×7 water with RO purified drinking water, laundry, power backup, daily cleaning and parking. AC is included in the AC option for that sharing type.
Is there an advance or deposit?
Yes — an advance is collected when you join, and a portion of it is refundable when you leave. The current amounts are confirmed directly on enquiry, along with the rent.
Is the building secure?
The compound is gated, with CCTV surveillance, 24/7 security and emergency support on site. Ask us about entry timings and any specific arrangement you need before you visit.
Can I visit the property before booking?
Yes. Message or call us and we will arrange a time to show you the rooms, the dining area and the floor you would be staying on.
Is food included?
North and South Indian meals are served in the common dining area downstairs, at granite tables with seating for the floor. Exactly what is covered in your plan is confirmed on enquiry, along with the rate.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi runs across the building for coursework, standups and everything after hours, and power backup keeps it running along with the lights and fans when the supply drops.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is space inside the compound for both two-wheelers and cars, off the main road.
