Security, and what is actually in place
The compound is gated. There is CCTV surveillance, security on site around the clock, and emergency support if something goes wrong at an hour when nothing should.
Entry timings and any specific arrangement you or your family need are worth settling before you move in rather than after. Ask us on the call — we would rather answer it properly than have you read a policy on a web page that turns out not to match.
Rooms are cleaned daily and the same person handles rent, food, maintenance and repairs. If something is wrong, there is one number, not a ticketing system.
Rooms and sharing options for women
One, two, three and four sharing, each offered in both AC and Non-AC, so the room and the cooling are two separate decisions.
Every room is furnished: bed, mattress and bedding, a wardrobe with storage for each person, a ceiling fan, a window with curtains and a wall-mounted television. Nothing to buy before you can sleep.
One sharing is a room to yourself with your own wardrobe and study space, which is what most people move to once a course intensifies or the work goes fully remote.
Food, water and laundry
North and South Indian meals are served downstairs in the common dining area, at granite tables. Homely food, cooked on site.
Water runs 24×7, with an RO purifier for cold and normal drinking water, and a refrigerator on each floor for anything you keep to yourself.
There is an on-site laundry facility, so washing does not become a weekend trip.
For students and for working professionals
Both live here, and the building runs to suit either — early classes and late deployments happen in the same week under the same roof.
High-speed Wi-Fi runs across the building for coursework, standups and everything after hours, and power backup keeps it up when the supply drops.
