Sharing options for men
One, two, three and four sharing are all available, and every one of them is offered in both AC and Non-AC — so you are choosing the room and the cooling separately, and paying for cooling only if you want it.
Every bed comes with its own storage. In the two, three and four sharing rooms that means a wardrobe section per person rather than a shared pile, which is the difference between sharing a room and living out of a bag.
One sharing is a room to yourself, with your own wardrobe and space to work. It is the option most people move up to after a promotion or a shift to permanent remote work.
Built for late shifts and early classes
Two very different days happen in this building. Somebody is leaving for a 7am class while somebody else is halfway through a US-hours standup, and the building has to work for both.
High-speed Wi-Fi runs across the building, and power backup keeps the lights, fans and internet on when the supply drops — which is the part that actually matters if your working day ends at two in the morning.
There is a television in the rooms and a refrigerator on each floor, so anything you keep to yourself stays on your own floor rather than in a queue downstairs.
Food, laundry and the things that eat a weekend
North and South Indian meals are served in the common dining area downstairs, at granite tables with seating for the floor. It is homely food, cooked on site, not a tie-up with a delivery kitchen.
There is an on-site laundry facility, so a week of clothes is not a weekend errand across the city. Rooms are cleaned daily.
Water runs around the clock, with an RO purifier for cold and normal drinking water.
Parking and getting around
There is space inside the compound for both two-wheelers and cars, off the main road — which is worth more than it sounds if you have ever hunted for somewhere to leave a bike overnight in this part of the city.
